We reserve the right to change/modify or terminate the offer anytime at its own discretion and without any prior notice. Rooms are subject to availability. In case the rooms are not available then similar category rooms in similar hotels will be provided. Flight tickets are subject to availability. In case the tickets are not available for the quoted amount then other alternative dates will be recommended. There can be exceptional circumstances where we and or the Service Providers may be unable to honor the confirmed bookings due to various reasons like act of God, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, terrorist activity, any operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations etc. or any other reason beyond the control. If we have

advance knowledge of any such situations where dishonor of bookings may happen, it will make its best efforts to provide similar alternative to the User or refund the booking amount after readdicting applicable service charges, if supported and refunded by that respective service operators.

 General 

 This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Use of this itinerary and packages is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and the company as a result of this agreement or use of this package trip. Performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of the right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this itinerary or information provided to or gathered by the company with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and agreement shall continue in effect.
